Shipping and returns
Delivery method
All our packages are sent safely and quickly via PostNL or DHL. Everything is packed with care and sent to you as soon as possible. After I have brought the package away for shipment you will immediately receive a message and you can follow the package to the front door.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands, a rate of € 4.50 to 350 grams is applied.
Above that a rate of € 6.95 applies

Are you ordering from a country other than the Netherlands?
Check for yourself what the situation is with regard to, for example, customs and import duties, local taxes, permits and product restrictions. Please note that there may be delays due to your country's customs clearance.Additional costs charged by the destination country are for the person receiving the package.
Delivery time
All products are shipped within 1 to 3 days. We do our best to ship it as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that there is a longer delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can of course cancel free of charge.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All orders can be tracked from shipment to delivery. International orders can be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked.
If you are not (or are) at home
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you can choose to have the package sent to a PostNL location. This is also sustainable. The package then travels with other packages to 1 location and the driver does not have to go to all separate addresses. You have 14 days (depending on the destination country) until the package is returned to us as undeliverable. We will not resend packages returned as undeliverable. We will contact you about your order and ask you to pay the additional delivery charges to redeliver your order.
Returns
You may return a product within 14 days . If you revoke the agreement, you return your order to us within 14 days. You pay for the shipping and email us the track & trace code of the package. Of course you have handled a product with care. Also view our general terms and conditions.
